As e-commerce is still at the early stage of development, the Directors believe that a "one-stop-shop" offering will prove attractive to a lot of potential customers who are new to the Internet economy. Through co-operation with third parties including ISPs, e-mall design houses, financial acquirers, delivery companies, and software companies specialising in customer profiling and members of the Champion Group, the Group plans to act as a "one-stop-shop", whose comprehensive services will embrace all the elements that need to be integrated with an organisation's business operations for the purpose of conducting e-commerce. Such comprehensive services will include:

The focus of the Group's "one-stop-shop" e-services is the payment infrastructure which will be built on an open payment platform, and is intended to accommodate various payment methods by credit cards, debit cards, smart cards, and in future to extend to e-cash and e-checks and other innovative methods as e-commerce continues to evolve. Under the current plan, the open payment platform will be developed so that it is capable of interfacing with the different payment gateways of financial acquirers. Digital HK intends to offer enterprise customers a choice of engaging all or part of the Group's "one-stop-shop" services as described above, or opting for the Group's stand-alone payment platform. The Group's payment platform will be secure and provide encryption, decryption and certification validation capabilities, which are both SET and SSL enabled.

At the initial stage of Digital HK's operations, the Group's efforts are primarily devoted towards putting together the building blocks which would facilitate the entire e-shopping life cycle. Initial marketing efforts are directed towards recruiting e-malls, e-merchants and consumers, as well as establishing contact with the banks and major credit and debit card companies as financial acquirers and payment gateways.
